Riverside County Sheriff's Deputies were called shortly before 9 A.M. To the 5618 Tilton Avenue of the Right Hand Side Block of the Apartment Complex.

    Witness said, "They Saw Two Deputies pull up the Garden Grove Apartments and take a young man away on a stretcher."

They said," it wasn't until later in the afternoon that a full response was sent to the scene."

Residents were shocked and described the neighborhood as a

 "tight-knit community" 

"I've been here six years now and I've never heard nothing," neighbor Donna Gomez said

No other details were immediately released.

At approximately 8:53AM, Officers from Jurupa Valley Police Department

began investigating a report of a missing 19- year-old Female. The investigation led Officers to an Apartment on the 5618 block of Tilton Avenue in Jurupa Valley.
At approximately 3:00PM, Officers Knocked on the door of an apartment believed to belong to the 19-year-old Female's ex-boyfriend. The door was answered by a male 19-year-old, identified as Miguel Ramon Nunez, who had self-inflicted, non-life-threatening injuries. 
Officers entered the apartment and discovered the missing 19-year-old female deceased on the floor
Investigators from Jurupa Valley Station and The Riverside County Sheriff's Central Homicide Unit responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
Based on their investigation, Miguel Ramon Nunez was arrested for murder. The identity of 19-year-old female is being withheld pending notification of her family.

Clear said the Victim Been Missing Since Wednesday Morning

A 19 year old male was in custody Thursday on suspicion of murder in the death of his ex-girlfriend in Jurupa Valley, authorities said.

The body of the 19-year-old victim’s body was found on the floor of the suspect’s apartment in the 5618 block of Tilton Avenue after he answered the door to deputies around 3 p.m. Wednesday, Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Wallace Clear said.

The suspect, identified as Miguel Ramon Nunez, also had self-inflicted wounds that were non life-threatening, Clear said.

Clear said the victim had been reported missing Wednesday morning. 

The victim’s identity and cause of her death were not immediately revealed.

But according to An Anonymous Eye Witness States: to see the the entire events unfold and betrayed in an entirely different way. 

Anonymous witness states: "Once the police were called to check up on a disturbance of a women crying out in distressed,  that police arrived on scene while the crime was still activated in the crime and refused to allow any there neighborhood standing by to interfere or assist the women yelling in distresses from the apartment. As well the Two officers were standing outside the apartment of a huge window of the distress women crying out for help."

The Anonymous Eye Witness continues to state: "That if the officers were to just have broken the window, the Two Deputies Officers could of saved the girl who was began victimized , but fear to to disrespect someone they choose not to interfere. The poor 19-year-old girl didn't die right after being stabbed multiple times but when the male had dragged her and drowned her in the bathroom and pulled her back into the living room, that when Police finally when inside they found the male naked at the scene and girl lying dead in the floor face blue and covered in water and stabbed."  ---- -says The Anonymous Eye Witness-
